Shipping policy

All items will be shipped to the address provided by the shopper. If an item is delivered to the incorrect address at the fault of Lady Q's Corner, a full refund will be issued for the items lost. If an order is delivered to the incorrect address at the fault of the shopper no refund will be issued. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of order completion.
