Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Lady Q's Corner! We truly appreciate your support and want you to love your purchase.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in the same condition in which they were received
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Lady Q's Corner.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

If your return does not meet the return requirements, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Press-on nails
  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Any item marked Final Sale

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item from your order, or do not receive your order due to an error made by Lady Q's Corner, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the issue by sending the correct item, replacing the order (when available), or issuing a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
  • Packages delayed by the shipping carrier
  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing
  • Items returned outside the 3-day return window
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration
